Even though you can see that I forget to respond to these kinds of posts, I enjoy being a part of this tag trend on WordPress, as well as reading other people’s responses. We get a chance to get to know each other a little better, and most importantly it’s all in good fun.
I’ve responded to a couple of them already in the past, but recently I’ve been procrastinating real hard and putting the others on the back burner for about as long as two months. I apologize for not responding sooner!
But here I am on a Tuesday and I need a break from the other posts I’m working on, so I thought it would be nice to finally talk about the tags/awards I’ve been nominated for. And hopefully compiling most of my answers won’t turn into a complete mess.

First off, thanks a bunch to both Arthifis and tetrax4berium for nominating me for this particular award! I think most people who follow me already know who these two are but if not, I’d be happy to introduce them. Arthifis and his entertaining place is all about anime and gaming, and he’s really just someone who likes to talk about whatever’s on his mind. That’s one of the reasons I find his blog and writing very enjoyable and genuine.
tetrax4berium on the other hand; I really enjoy reading their posts, as well as just having conversations with them since they can share their interesting thoughts on certain discussion topics. Definitely check out both of their blogs!
Arthifis’ Questions
1. When you are old, what do you think children will ask you to tell stories about? Or which stories will you always trying to tell even if no-one cares?
Ooh, that’s a tough one. Looking back at my past, I would consider myself as a pretty boring person to be honest, I guess a few reasons being I was (and still am) a pretty quiet and easy-going kind of kid most of the time. Honestly I feel like once I become a full-fledged adult, more interesting things/events would come into my life due to the increased amount of freedom I would have and how I’ll be around more people rather than the small group of friends I currently have. Also I have a feeling I’ll be one of those old people who talks about how “back in my day, we couldn’t do this or we didn’t have that when we were growing up”… oh god.
2. What Movie/Anime can you watch over and over without ever getting tired of?
I actually really like re-watching stuff a lot; I have a good feeling that I tend to re-watch anime and such more than actually starting a new show. I don’t know why, I’m weird lol
But back to the question at hand, I’ll mention a non-Japanese film here. The Back to the Future series of films are probably my favorite movies of all time, and they definitely do not get old for me. It’s just a fun and intriguing ride to go on each time I re-watch the famous American time-travel based series, and the way they combine comedy and sci-fi is just brilliant and super enjoyable.
As for anime, I gotta say K-On!. No show comes close for me when we’re talking about re-watching anime. You can really jump into any episode of this show and you will enjoy whatever shenanigans the light music club happen to go through because of the fun way they express daily life and of course, the always lovable character cast. If my memory doesn’t fail me, I have re-watched K-On! about three or even four times lol
3. What would be the worst thing to hear as you are going under anesthesia before heart surgery?
Interesting question. Probably something like “alright, let’s hope we can do it right this time, guys”.
tetrax’s Questions
1. Are you a ‘Pen-Pineapple’ or ‘Apple-Pen’ person?
Man, if I had to choose, probably an ‘apple-pen’ person since… I enjoy apples more than pineapples. I think I answered this question in a reasonable way lmao
2. If you could draw yourself, would you use a pen? pencil? marker? or paintbrush?
I think I’d use a pencil since I’ve probably used those the most in my life. Plus, I can have the ability to erase since my drawing skills are terrible.
3. Choose a number between (inclusive of) 1 to 1000. Explain!
This is actually a funny question since I strangely have a favorite number. I’d choose 27 because ever since I was a child, some of my bed sheets had the number 27 on them since there was like a sports-themed thing going on. I have no idea why the manufacturer picked 27 but because of seeing those pillow cases for most of my life, that number stuck to me lol
Thank you to both Arthifis and tetrax for these nice questions! I enjoyed answering them 🙂
I’ll nominate some people for this award since I have made some new acquaintances on WordPress recently: RisefromAshes from Phoenix Talks and eumiiboo from Sakura’s Galleria. If you’ve been nominated/did this already, I apologize 🙂
- If you had the opportunity to spend a day with a celebrity, who would it be and what would you do with them?
- If you happen to not play an instrument, which one would you be most interested in learning? / If you already play an instrument, which another one would you be interested in picking up?
- What’s an anime that legit made you cry/tear up?

Thanks a ton from Keiko from Keiko’s Anime Blog for nominating me for this award, I really do appreciate it!
Keiko’s Questions
1. If you were the antagonist of an anime, what type of antagonist would you be?
Honestly I’d view myself as one of those passive-aggressive romance rivals like Kurumizawa from Kimi ni Todoke. Maybe not as much of a bitch as some characters are, but I think with the surprising amount of jealousy I can have, I wouldn’t be far from being some rival lol
2. What is your spirit animal?
I actually did a tiny bit of research to answer this question; pretty sure my spirit animal is an otter. I’m very laid-back, love to relax, and usually go with the flow for most things… at least that’s what some website said about what otters symbolize.
And what a coincidence since I happened to watch this adorable video of an otter yesterday:
3. Currently, what is your favourite song?
Right at this moment, my favorite song is Gesu no Kiwami Otome’s “Mou Setsunai to wa Iwasenai / I Won’t Make You Say You Feel Wistful Again”. Just a great, somber song to listen to, the style of this song definitely strays away from what this particular band usually does but still maintains their recognizable charm. Also the music video makes me want to ride a bicycle.
…can I add another one? I can’t help myself.
I’ve been listening to more Ogura Yui lately, and this song is pretty catchy.
4. What is your favourite season and why?
Winter because I really dislike the heat. But luckily I live somewhere like Northern California where the temperature basically caps at 60-70°F. I am so sorry for those of you who have to deal with hot weather often.
Plus, I like feeling cozy whether that be in my amazing bed or some winter clothing.
5. What’s your favourite flavour of ice cream?
Chocolate chip cookie dough or coffee; whoever made cookie dough ice cream is a genius.
Thank you for everyone who nominated me for a tag/award, I appreciate you considering me worthy of answering these questions 😛
I haven’t caught up with all the tags yet, there are a couple left including the Create-A-Story tag going around recently. And even though I had to respond within two weeks after I was nominated (I missed it cause of my laziness), I would love to still create a decent story for you guys to read so be on the lookout for that in the future.
Thanks for reading!! 😀

Honestly we might already be in that age of gaming since a lot of people use their phones to play video games 😛
Thanks again for the nomination!!

655. The hull number of the submarine I served on, and an incredible experience.
And I have a stack of there (one of which you nominated me for!) that I need to answer someday!

Oh wow, I never knew you served on a submarine before! Your number is definitely a lot more interesting than my choice of number lol

Yeah, I’m a vet. Not one of those that makes a big deal of it, plus it’s mostly not relevant to anime.

I love otters but they seem like they’re a hassle to have as a pet lol
